OUR GRAND OPENING POST-GAME SHOW REPORT

All of the Beersmiths at SingleCut would like to extend a very heartfelt “THANKS” to everyone that came to our Grand Opening yesterday – it was a day we’ll remember forever. We estimate well over 1200 people came out!

The day got kicked off with a ribbon-cutting ceremony hosted by Queens Councilman Peter Vallone – we’re big fans of Councilman Vallone; he and his team were extremely supportive and responsive, helping us many times during our build-out when we needed some muscle to navigate thru red-tape. City Council candidate Tony Meloni also shared in the event.

One of our favorite moments was when Ben from the Queens Kickshaw arrived in the Kickshaw-mobile to pickup kegs. How awesome is that vehicle! Shown below are the taps at QK when Ben got the kegs on tap:

We’ll be shipping kegs out to pubs throughout NYC starting Monday, Dec 10th, here they are awaiting future travel:

Eventually the attendees of our opening filled into the brew area:

Many of you expressed your wish to be able to spend time in our Tap Room enjoying pints as well as a meal. Well, we cannot refuse the desires of our supporters so we are on the case to make this a reality ASAP – stay tuned! – The Beersmiths
